I like a design but it's only on a t-shirt (or other item) Can I get it made for a specific item I want?

Yes absolutely. If you want one of the t-shirt designs on a hoodie, phone case, mug etc etc let us know and we'll organise it for you.

How long will it take to get my order? 

We know. You've seen this awesome t-shirt and you want it now. And we agree, we want you to wear it as soon as possible. All orders are processed as soon as you tell us, normally on the day or next day, and always, in a worst case scenario within 5 business days.

 Will I get an order confirmation email?

Yes as soon as you place your order you will receive an email from us with your order reference number. Use this to ask us any questions if an unexpected problem arises.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register to place an order, but you need to provide a valid e-mail address and contact details when placing an order. If you want to subscribe you can and we send out special offers a few times a year. We won't spam you, don't worry.

How do I use a voucher code?
The voucher code is entered in the checkout stage. Enter the code in the voucher-field, the total amount of your order will be re-calculated and you will clearly see how much was deducted.

I cannot find the style, color or size I’m looking for.
The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock at the moment. We might re-stock popular products but in any case contact us and we'll get one made for you.

How do I find the right size?
There is a size chart on each product page with garment measurements. We advise you measure your favourite t-shirt you already have, then check our size charts and order the nearest size to your measurements.

How do care for my item of Game Yarns clothing?

Nothing lasts forever but these tips will make you don't have to retire your t-shirt, hoodie or other clothing item for a long time.
