SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

We know. You've seen this awesome t-shirt and you want it now. And we agree, we want you to wear it as soon as possible. All orders are processed as soon as you tell us, normally on the day or next day, and always, in a worst case scenario within 5 business days.

Tracking details for all your orders will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

We supply our superb Game Yarns products via our global network. On the basis of the shipping address set out in the Order, we allocate the order to the nearest local point to you based on your geographical location and product availability. That way your order arrives faster, with lower shipping costs, less carbon emissions and avoids customs import taxes if possible. For interest, the proportion of taxes included in the price are shown at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Game Yarns is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order but this would be unexpected and probably an error by local customs authorities. All unexpected fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged by the shipping company, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. But in any event please contact us so we can help rectify the situation.
