Refund policy

We are grateful for your trust and order. We therefore want you to be happy with your order. Defective or damaged products will be replaced upon receiving proof of the issue by email and photo evidence. We will not exchange or refund orders that are in the wrong size unless we have made an error delivering the wrong size. So please measure your size carefully using the information for each shirt on Game Yarns website for each product.

If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the quantity of the delivered products or lack of quality of the delivered product provided we will put it right.  Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.

 

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

 

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and destroyed. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
